Phuket Red Mountain Golf Club
The Red Mountain is located on the same site as the Loch Palm Golf Club in Kathu. Well designed by John Morrow and the co-designer Al Tikkanen, the course was created in 2007 on the road toward former tin mines, characterized by difference in height.
Golfers will have to cope with rocky cliffs, through canyons perched on ledges as well as on craggy plateaus, where the tin mine era has created visible scars. The Red Mountain is well-known as the most difficult golf course in Phuket. It offers to golfers a permanent use of the different clubs and players with low handicap will be delighted by the beauty of the site and by this appealing and stimulating course. They will also enjoy the peaceful environment of verdant places.
In accordance with the golf club policy, each player must use a golf cart to travel over the course. On the 3rd hole, a small snack-bar will give you a warm welcome if thirsty or if you want to have a break.
The luxurious Clubhouse is the perfect place for golfers to relax after a thrilling game. A Proshop is as well available for players who would like to make their equipment larger in high quality accessories and high standard. The restaurant provides a wide variety of international and Thai dishes.
