If you travel from Phuket to Phi Phi, krabi or Lanta the best ways is to take the ferry. You can also drive from Phuket to krabi or Lanta it take at least 2 hours to krabi and 4 hours to Lanta and by boat will be approximatitly the same. if you are travelling from Phuket to Lipe in Higt season only you have the speedboat transfer but they made a stop a Phi Phi and lanta. FERRY TO PHIPHI
To reach Phi Phi Island from your Hotel in Phuket, it will take from your hotel to the pier around 45 min to 1 Hours depending where you stay on the beach and from the pier 2 hours to be in Phi Phi Don Island.

The schedule below displays the ferries from Rassada Pier in Phuket and Tonsai Pier in Phi Phi, as well as between Ao Nang (Nopparat Thara Pier) and Tonsai Pier in Phi Phi. Other ferries are available from Sea Angel Pier in Phuket, Laem Thong in the north of Phi Phi island and Koh Lanta (Saladan Pier) Krabi.

 

FERRY TO LIPE

The Ferry from Phuket To Koh Lipe start from Rassada pier and the travel take at least 5 hours 30 minutes. At 10:00 the ferry will make a brief stop at Koh Lanta which is an interchange station. You will be asked to change to a different ferry to continue the rest of the travel to Koh Lipe.

 

Longtail Boat Transfer Between The Ferry And Island
Please note: All fares are exclusive of a 50 Baht longtail boat transfer fee per person (including children) between the ferry and the islands of Koh Muk, Koh Ngai, Koh Kradan and Koh Lipe. This is because there is no pier on these islands, so the ferry cannot dock. The fee is payable directly to the longboat driver.

How to reach the islands of Phi Phi from Bangkok?

 

By train

Bangkok /Surathani/ Krabi/ Phi-Phi = 1400/ 1600 THB
Departure from Bangkok train station to Hualampong by sleeper train (train leaving at 18.30pm) until Suratthani Town. Arrive early morning (06.30am), transfer by air-conditioned bus to Krabi (3 or 4 hours bus). Boarding ferry or boat to Phi Phi Islands (2Hours).
